   • Smooth, jointless, and flush-finish surfaces prevent bacterial accumulation.

2. Flooring:

   • Conductive vinyl flooring or antistatic epoxy flooring ensures safety from static discharge and easy cleaning.

3. Air Handling & Filtration:

   • Equipped with Air Handling Units (AHU) providing laminar air flow.

   • HEPA filters (0.3 µm, 99.97% efficiency) ensure particle-free air.

   • Positive pressure maintained inside OT to avoid contamination.

4. Lighting System:

   • Cleanroom LED ceiling lights ensure uniform illumination.

5. Ceiling-Mounted Pendants:

   • For medical gas outlets, electrical sockets, and equipment support, reducing floor clutter and improving accessibility.

6. Control Panel:

   • Touchscreen or membrane-type surgeon control panel displays temperature, humidity, time, and differential pressure.

7. Hermetically Sealed Doors:

   • Automatic sliding or swing doors with smooth sealing edges to maintain pressure differentials.

8. Air Pressure Control:

   • Differential pressure gauges and airlocks prevent cross-contamination between sterile and non-sterile zones.

9. Fire & Safety Compliance:

   • Designed as per NABH,  ASHRAE guidelines.

   • Fire-rated materials used for enhanced safety.
