??? Single workstation system (2???port) comprising integrated Gas purification facility, PLC
controller and HMI, incl. sealed box, in and outward transfer antechambers and
vacuum pump etc. Attainable purity must be H2O<1 ppm, O2<1 ppm.
??? Tightness of glove box should be according to O2 increase method. (According to
International Standards ISO 10648???2 – Leak rate <0.05 Vol%/h).
??? Closed loop gas circulation inert gas closed loop, gas circulation by blower and
purifier, H2O, O2should be removed continuously.
??? Auto purging: The replacement of atmosphere inside glove box should be achieved
automatically by purging valves.
??? Automatic regeneration: H2O and O2 removal material should be regenerated
automatically. The regeneration process must be Programmable logic controller
• Pressure control in box: The pressure in glove box should be controlled automatically by
PLC. Working pressure should remain within +15 mbar and ???15 mbar, in case of pressure
over +/??? 15 mbar the system will be protected automatically.
• Automatic vacuum pump control: The vacuum pump should be activated automatically
